Vol'mas

Vol'mas (he/him) was the Head of Security at the Phaethon Research Facility and lover of San'kell before he was skin-stolen and killed. The skin-stolen Vol'mas then worked with the skin-stolen Oizys to mastermind the plans of the Skin Stealers under the guise of investigating the disappearances.

The two of them appear to be the oldest of the bunch and seemed to have reached a new level of maturity, proving to be more intelligent and possess more empathy than other Skin Stealers the crew encountered. They tried to come to a diplomatic solution with the crew when they were discovered in the tunnels leading to their lair, wanting to find peace and a respite from their torturous past and current predicament. Ultimately, the two managed to escape, prioritizing their own survival over the protection of their lair.

The skin-stolen Vol'mas still has some feelings towards San'kell, and sent her a conflicted message in the aftermath of the inquisition.
