Hezekiah

Hezekiah was a recently-displaced Nereid refugee who came to Kaikūmera City with his extended family. He was friendly and outgoing despite the circumstances, and discussed the destruction of some of their underwater cities and the plight of the Sea Mother. He had complicated feelings towards the Arcadians, and theorized that the Ancients might be somehow involved.

Hezekiah was killed in the bombing of a Nereid refugee center the morning following the crew's arms deal with the Tears of the Mother.
